No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are considered final.

Returns: We do accept returns for exchange only when we have shipped an incorrect item to you. Returns must be initiated within 4 days from your receipt of our merchandise, and the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. In the event you receive an incorrect item, please contact us using the following email address: info@itsaducktive.com and indicate the error that occurred in the body of the email and include an image of the incorrect item attached to the email. Upon confirmation of an incorrect item being shipped, we will email you a USPS return label.  Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship to you a replacement item within 5 working days.
